Blackberry crumble
Ingredients
- 1 cup berries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs sugar
- ⅓ cup almond meal
- 2 tbs soft butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbs crushed almond flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together berries, lemon juice, sugar
- Place in baking dish
- Topping: In a large bowl, almond meal, soft butter, vanilla extract
- Fold in shredded coconut and crushed toasted almond flakes
- Spread topping over berry mix
- Cook at 165c for 20/25mins. Let cool ten mins. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
