
Zucchini saute
Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 thinly slice zucchini
- 1 tbs chopped chives
- 1 tbs shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a pan melt together butter and olive oil over low heat
- add garlic
- add zucchini and toss to mix. Cook 2- 3 mins
- add chives, salt and pepper. Cook 1 -2mins
- add shredded parmesan cheese. Toss to mix
- Serve with omelette, meats, seafood or green salad. Or toss with one cup of cooked pasta
