Avocado with cheesy chives
Ingredients
- 2 tbs mayo or aioli
- 1 lemon or lime
- 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
- black pepper
- 2 tbs chopped chives
- 2 avocado peeled and ripe
Instructions
- In a bowl mix mayo or aioli, squeeze of lime or lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and chopped chives
- Cut two peeled, ripe avocado into chunks
- Toss in the mayo mixServe on a lettuce leaf, with battered or steamed fish
