- 1 tsp pesto
- 4 tbs lemon oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs water

- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbs basil, thinly sliced

- 1 large orange, juiced and rind grated
- 1 tbs sweet marjoram, finely chopped
- 6 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

- ½ tsp salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 6 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs white wine vinegar
- ½ cup orange juice

- Beat all ingredients together and pour over the salad just before serving
