
Egg and cheese topping
For Vegetable, Seafood or Minced Beef Bakes
Ingredients
- 3 duck eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
Instructions
- Heat eggs until hot
- Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk through hot milk and cook over low heat until a custard consistency
- Gently stir in cheese
- Pour over vegetables or seafood, or minced beef and vegetables. Bake in moderately hot oven for 15 – 20 mins
