mayo or aioli
1
lemon or lime

tsp
grated parmesan cheese
black pepper

tbs
chopped chives
2
avocado peeled and ripe
Instructions
In a bowl mix mayo or aioli, squeeze of lime or lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and chopped chives
Cut two peeled, ripeĀ avocado into chunks
Toss in the mayo mix
Serve on a lettuce leaf, with battered orĀ steamed fish
