thinly slice onion

sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
melt olive oil and butter together in pan that has a lid, over medium heat
add onion, celery, garlic, apple, sage, chicken stock
Cook over low heat until cabbage is tender and liquid is absorbed
Serve cabbage, with toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top
