Egg and cheese topping
For Vegetable, Seafood or Minced Beef Bakes

- 3 duck eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup grated tasty cheese
Heat eggs until hot
Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk through hot milk and cook over low heat until a custard consistency
Gently stir in cheese
Pour over vegetables or seafood, or minced beef and vegetables. Bake in moderately hot oven for 15 - 20 mins
