Course Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 6 tbs olive oil
  • 3 tbs white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Beat all ingredients together and pour over the salad just before serving
