Sauteed silverbeet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 tbs lemon oil
  • 2 tbs white wine
  • 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • 6 large silverbeet leaves, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan, combine, butter, lemon oil, wine, herbs. Warm. Add silverbeet
  • Cook over low heat until wilted.  Toss mixture a few times while cooking
