grated parmesan cheese

milk

chopped coriander

bunch of springs onions
salt and pepper

butter
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk ricotta cheese until smooth
Blend in one beaten egg
Add S.R. flour and whisk until smooth
Add parmesan cheese
Blend in half a cup of milk, Whisk until smooth
Fold in coriander and spring onions, season with salt and black pepper
Place butter in a lightly oiled pan, Cook to brown on both sides
Suitable for freezing
