Zucchini citrus warn salad
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbs orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and black pepper
- 2-3 zucchini diced
- 1 tbs basil chopped
Instructions
- In a pan over low heat add olive oil, orange zest, orange juice,honey, salt and black pepper
- Add zucchini, diced. Cook 1- 3 mins
- Add basil. Serve while warm
