
Caramel pineapple for Pancakes and Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 tsp yoghurt
- 2 tbs dark brown sugar
- 400 g pineapple, sliced or chopped
Instructions
- In a pan, over low heat, melt butter and yoghurt together
- Add dark brown sugar
- Place pineapple in the pan and toss in the sauce until browned
- Roll up pancakes with pineapple as a filling, top with whipped cream and melted dark chocolate.Top a waffle with caramel pineapple and a scoop of vanilla or passionfruit ice cream
