Braised onion scramble eggs
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 tbsp butter
- 400 g onions sliced
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnnaise
- 1 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Melt three to four tbsp of butter in a medium pan
- Add onions
- Toss to coat using tongs. Cook over low heat. Onions will make their own juice. Cook until onions are browned
- In a bowl beat together eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Salt and pepper to taste
- Add to onions, mix using tongs
- Allow eggs to scramble
- Stir and scrap
