
Bacon and corn “one bowl” quiche
Ingredients
- 3 duck eggs
- ½ sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small red capsicum, diced
- ½ corn kernels
- 3 rashers rindless bacon, lighty cooked and chopped
- ¾ cup Pastry Mix
- 1 tsp dried mixed French herbs
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mix bowl and mix well. Pour into greased, deep pie dish. Bak in moderately hot oven for 30 – 40 minsNote: the mixture forms its own light crust. The quiche is cooked when a knife comes out clean
