Bacon and corn “one bowl” quiche

Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 duck eggs
  • ½ sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small red capsicum, diced
  • ½ corn kernels
  • 3 rashers rindless bacon, lighty cooked and chopped
  • ¾ cup Pastry Mix
  • 1 tsp dried mixed French herbs

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mix bowl and mix well. Pour into greased, deep pie dish. Bak in moderately hot oven for 30 – 40 mins
    Note:  the mixture forms its own light crust.   The quiche is cooked when a knife comes out clean
