Ginger yoghurt dressing
Ingredients
- 150 ml thick yoghurt
- 1 tbs clear honey
- 1 tsp crystallised ginger finely chopped
- 1 tbs lemon or lime juice
- ¼ tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper

- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth
