
Sauteed silverbeet
Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs lemon oil
- 2 tbs white wine
- 2 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 6 large silverbeet leaves, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, combine, butter, lemon oil, wine, herbs. Warm. Add silverbeet
- Cook over low heat until wilted. Toss mixture a few times while cooking
