Avocado and prawn salad
Ingredients
- 1 kg prawns, cooked
- 1 oak or mignonette lettuce
- 2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Place lettuce on six serving plates, top with prawns and avocado slices, the mayonnaise mix. Garnish with chives.
