
Sauteed spice turnips
Ingredients
- 10 baby turnips, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- a pinch smoked paprika
- a pinch turmeric
- 4 tbs olive oil or lemon oil
- black pepper
Instructions
- Place baby turnips into simmering water over low to medium heat. Cook gently until a little tender 3-5mins
- Plum into cold water. Drain and pat dry
- In a large pan over low temperature, heat oil. Add garlic, black pepper and spices. cook 1 min
- Add turnips. Toss until coated. Cook until turnips have crisp edges
